At Rattan House, we guarantee durability in all our outdoor furniture. Rattan outdoor furniture will last for a minimum of 5-10 years. We offer a 5-year warranty for retail, on our outdoor garden furniture that comes from our own factory. For projects and commercial use, we offer a 3-year warranty. However, if the products required maintenance after the warranty period, Rattan House will always provide the best services for our clients. Teak and aluminum will last even longer as long as it’s maintained with care.
We also have a collection from some of our partners, those have a warranty of 1 year.
We offer garden furniture care services as well so that your outdoor furniture set will last longer in all weather conditions.
